This plant is the Largest Solar Open Access Project in Maharashtra.

AMPIN Energy Transition has partnered with Cipla to set up the Largest Solar Open Access Project in Maharashtra. This project is spread across 115 acres of land and is supplying power to Cipla’s 6 manufacturing units located in Patalganga and Kurkumbh).

As part of Cipla’s sustainability initiative, this plant will help the company avoid carbon dioxide emissions by as much as 35,000 tonnes equivalent (tCO2e) annually over its project life of 25 years.
